Wow who would have believed that it took me 26 years to get another apartment. I absolutely love this apartment and Crystal Martinez made it all so well. When I moved here on November 21 or 29, 2021 I fell in love with this apartment. During that time Crystal Martinez was not here but when she came here everything is going smoothly thanks Crystal for everything. But there are a couple of problems that I have. The late fees which is $75.00 a day. And also I do wish they can somewhat clean up around here sometimes there is a lot of paper around not to much but enough. And pet friendly they are but I am tired of seeing dog droppings on the property. Other than that that's pretty much it. ð Thanks.

Been here almost a year and itâs gotten much nicer with the new manager, Stacya, over the last few months. Since sheâs come around thereâs been more of a sense of community. Seems like the elder residents have taken to her as well as theyâre frequently in visiting as my daughter pops in for snacks and chats.

The community is finally getting better with such a hands-on property manager, Stacya! Weâve been here the last year but never really saw care in the complex until she came, we have new plants, new paint in the parking area, new locks for common area! Sheâs great we love her!!

Great non normal apartment decor and exterior, that look like the rest of the city. Clean and quiet for the most part and love the industrial feel of the complex. Thin walls but self sticking wall panels can help the problem. Great communication from start to move in.

I really love living here great location near everything you need, very quiet and peaceful! Myrna is great! Very responsive and attentive! She makes living here very comfortable and welcoming plus she always has snacks in the leasing office ;) Happy to have made the decision to relocate here!

Myrna is great! She is very helpful and responsive to any concerns you might have. This is a great place with a great location. The price is very reasonable considering the zip code you are living in. Also, you are close to pretty much everything. This is the second time I have lived here, the previous being with old management. I can confidently say that this new management is doing a better job. My experience here has been wonderful.

The new management and staff are helpful and welcoming compared to the agent when I moved in. My experience the first week was not good. But the good news is the staff member responsible for my bad experience has been replaced. I am glad there was an improvement. I love the location and I love my brick and stone studio. This is hard to find. I see some people complaint about the appliances but no matter how great of a place you create you canât make everyone happy. If there is one thing I would change is not having a bath tub. I love my bubble baths and canât live without them. I need a bathtub please :)
